Interesting advice for your online shop

There is an interesting piece of research from Human Factors International called  ‘Does product sorting on a product web page influence decision-making?’
The research looks at how the sorting of products on a e-commerce site can influence the decisions that a customer will make when looking for/choosing a product.
Worth the read.
