Finland’s Ministry of Transport and Communications has made 1-megabit broadband Web access a legal right and said it would make a 100Mb broadband connection a legal right by the end of 2015!
Given their mountainous terrain the Nordic countries have always been the leaders in wireless technology and more recently providing broadband One wonders how the Web will change when the rest of the world catches up with these kinds of Internet speeds and global access…. doesn’t seem long ago since the cackling sound of a 56K modem cranking up!!
