Car navigation systems are now common day and most of you owning a car will own some form of GPS. This can be in the form of a TomTom or Garmin device which has the main purpose of getting you from A to B or you might have a smart-phone like a I Phone or (Google) Android device with Google Maps installed. The major player in this list we are missing is Microsoft who have kept a low profile when it comes to the navigation market but like the rise of the internet they decided to join in after a couple of years as well. What are they bringing to the table ? Augmented reality in there maps , not only are social media sites like Flickr part of this augmentation of the maps, it also has the ability to overlay streaming video on top of these maps which could be very handy.

Take a look for yourself.
